With more than 80 million visits per year, comparis.ch is one of the most used websites in the country.
In addition to our comparison business, we operate some of the most relevant digital marketplaces in Switzerland – including in the areas of real estate, automotive, telecommunications, and home services.
To further expand our marketplaces business, we want to put data-driven decisions even more at the center, specifically leverage growth potentials, and continuously develop our products.
And this is exactly where you come in.
What you will do
In this role, you will work on key levers of our marketplaces business and directly contribute to important business decisions with your analyses.
You identify opportunities, recognize risks early, and create transparency where it delivers real added value. It is not about pure reporting but about understanding the business, setting priorities, and achieving impact.
Together with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders, you actively drive growth, monetization, and performance of our platforms.
Your tasks
- You analyze business, user, and performance data across various marketplaces and derive concrete recommendations for action.
- You examine funnels, conversion paths, and monetization levers and identify optimization potentials.
- You develop dashboards, reports, and decision bases focusing on controllability and impact.
- You recognize growth opportunities as well as performance gaps in products, channels, and processes.
- You work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to prioritize and implement initiatives.
- You prepare complex issues understandably and present insights appropriately – also to senior stakeholders.
- You support the further development of data-driven decision-making processes within the company.
What we expect from you
- Several years of experience in an analytical business, strategy, or data-related role, ideally in a digital environment.
- Very good analytical skills as well as structured and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Experience working with data and tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, or BI solutions.
- Ability to derive relevant insights and concrete recommendations for action from numbers.
- Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders.
- Confident appearance as well as clear and structured presentation skills.
- Proactive, independent, and hands-on working style with high personal responsibility.
- Very good German or English skills; good knowledge of the other language is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with digital platforms, marketplaces, or growth-oriented business models.
- Knowledge in A/B testing, funnel optimization, or performance marketing.
- Understanding of relevant commercial KPIs such as revenue, leads, conversion, or CAC.
- Experience collaborating with product or commercial teams.
