Machine Operator for EPS Production Plants
(in shift work)

• Control and monitor our modern EPS production plants
• Set up the machines, carry out product changes as well as parameter adjustments
• Responsibility for material flow and operation of industrial trucks
• Quality in focus: control of quality and process parameters as well as occupational safety
• Troubleshoot, early detection and elimination of deviations or minor technical problems
• Digital documentation of production data and close cooperation with quality assurance and maintenance
• Active participation in improvements – whether process optimization, energy efficiency or material usage

• Completed apprenticeship in a technical field (machine and plant operator, mechanic, plastics processing) or willingness to be trained internally
• SUVA recognized forklift license
• Technical understanding of production plants, control systems and industrial processes
• Sense of responsibility, team spirit and willingness to work shifts
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working method with a flair for cleanliness and order
• Good German skills in spoken and written form are required
