Your Tasks

• Independent setup and operation of coating systems
• Responsibility for the timely execution of coating orders
• Preparation work for the coating process including material provision
• Ensuring consistently high surface quality
• Monitoring and optimisation of system parameters
• Conducting quality checks during the production process
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality requirements
• Troubleshooting minor faults on the system
• Collaboration with adjacent production areas to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile

• Completed training as a painter or comparable technical basic training
• Experience in industrial coating, preferably with water-based paints
• Experience as a plant operator in the field of coating or surface treatment
• Ideally knowledge of Venjakob coating systems
• Independent, reliable and flexible working style
• High quality awareness and strong sense of responsibility
• Team player with good manners
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good physical condition and resilience
