Setter 3-shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You set up modern production equipment and adjust it for smooth operation

• You carry out setup processes and make necessary adjustments on the injection moulding machine

• You monitor the production processes and ensure consistently high quality

• You independently resolve minor malfunctions and perform maintenance work

• You work closely with the production team and support the optimisation of workflows

• You document your activities and record all relevant parameters

• You work in a 3-shift system

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed technical training, ideally as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic or comparable

• You bring experience in setting up production equipment, preferably in plastics technology

• You work independently, carefully and have a good technical understanding

• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system

• You are a team player and communicative

• You handle machines and materials responsibly
