- Host with passion
- Link between the kitchen and service
- Active participation in the kitchen
- Accurate calculation of recipes
- Service at the counter, sales and additional sales of snacks as well as drinks
- Service at the bar including cash handling
- Guest care at the front
- Implementation and control of quality and hygiene regulations
- Cleaning duties
