Restaurant & Bar Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Operational management: Responsibility for the smooth operation in the restaurant and bar, including service, team coordination, and guest care
• Team management: Leading, training, and motivating the service team, including scheduling and staff deployment
• IT systems: Routine handling of Lightspeed (POS) and Mews (PMS) for orders, billing, and guest management
• Cost control: Monitoring profitability, including inventory management, calculation, and control of beverage and food costs
• Beverage expertise: Responsibility for the beverage menu, orders, storage, and training the team in wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
• Guest retention: Ensuring an outstanding service experience and actively collecting feedback
• Collaboration: Close coordination with kitchen, reception, and hotel management

Your profile

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in a leadership position in the restaurant or bar area
• IT skills: Routine handling of Lightspeed and Mews as well as basic knowledge of office programs
• Beverage knowledge: Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails
• Team leadership: Experience in managing teams, including scheduling and personnel development
• Cost control: Knowledge in calculating and controlling material usage and operating costs
• Languages: Very good German and English skills, additional languages (e.g., French, Italian, Spanish) are an advantage
• Personality: Service-oriented, resilient, communicative, and with a hands-on mentality
