We are looking for an experienced chef de partie with a solid knowledge of Italian cuisine, capable of producing high-quality dishes in line with the standards of our establishment. We offer semi-gastronomic Italian cuisine (13/20 in Gault&Millau) as well as fine wines. The candidate must be able to organize their station efficiently, work methodically, and ensure excellent service quality while meeting the requirements of our restaurant.
