Business Application Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:
In this role, you design digital business processes and applications that make a central contribution to efficient and secure solutions in the water and wastewater market. You analyse existing processes, identify optimisation potentials, and implement these with modern digitalisation solutions. You conceive and manage applications that support automation solutions for supply and energy systems as well as measurement and control systems. You are responsible for the continuous development of these digital solutions and ensure their reliable operation. Through your expertise, you contribute to advancing innovative, future-oriented technologies in demanding technical environments.
Responsibilities:
- You continuously analyse, digitalise, and optimise business processes.
- In this role, you structure, maintain, monitor, and further develop ERP systems.
- You expand Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions and support their daily use.
- As a specialist in digital business processes and applications, you develop and optimise interfaces, data flows, and digital workflows.
- You create meaningful dashboards, reports, and management information for various stakeholders.
- In this role, you evaluate AI solutions, implement them, and further develop their benefits within the company.
Qualifications:
- You have a solid basic education in computer science, ideally complemented by further training in computer science or business informatics.
- Several years of practical experience in digitalisation, business applications, ERP environment, or process management characterise your professional background.
- Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a pragmatic view of optimisation potentials.
- High quality standards for stable processes, reliable data, and sustainable, future-oriented solutions.
- Initiative, communicative, and implementation-strong personality with a noticeable enthusiasm for digitalisation.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ERP systems, SQL, as well as data and system integrations.
