You have experience in care and would like to take on a temporary assignment in September? For an institution in the long-term care sector, we are looking for a reliable and warm-hearted care assistant / care aide to actively support the existing care team.

You can expect a varied assignment where personal care and the well-being of the residents are the focus.

Your Tasks

Support with the daily care and supervision of the residents
Assistance with personal hygiene as well as dressing and undressing
Support with mobilisation and everyday activities
Accompanying residents throughout the day and promoting their independence
Support with food and fluid intake
Observation of general well-being and reporting changes to the responsible nursing professionals
Adherence to hygiene and quality standards
Close cooperation and mutual support within the care team

Our Requirements

Training as a care assistant, health and social assistant (AGS), Red Cross care helper or comparable qualification advantageous
Experience in long-term care desired
Enjoyment in working with elderly and care-dependent people
Empathetic, patient and appreciative personality
Reliable and responsible working style
Team spirit and flexibility
Good German language skills
Willingness to work shifts
