About the job
For a modern psychiatric facility in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for several medical specialists who wish to engage in different treatment focuses. A temporary start is possible; a permanent appointment is planned in the long term.
Your Tasks
- 1) Leading role - Deputy Chief Physician Psychiatry & Psychotherapy
- Co-responsibility for professional and organisational development
- Supervision and support of the medical team
- Leadership at eye level, respectful collaboration with all professional groups
- 2) Senior Physician - Addiction Disorders
- Medical care of patients with addiction disorders
- Interdisciplinary case management
- Active participation in the development of addiction medicine treatment concepts
- 3) Senior Physician - Acute Psychiatry
- Diagnostics, crisis intervention and treatment in the acute setting
- Close cooperation with nursing, therapy and social services
- Participation in quality assurance projects
Our Requirements
- For all roles we are looking for personalities with the following background:
- Specialist title in Psychiatry & Psychotherapy (or advanced in training)
- Clinical experience in inpatient psychiatry
- Personal demeanour at eye level - towards patients as well as employees
- Team spirit, resilience and solid professional competence
Your Prospects
- Workload: 80-100%
- Temporary assignment possible until a long-term permanent solution is found
