Your tasks
Calendar and appointment management: Organisation and maintenance of the calendar and meeting contents of Heike A. Bischoff Ferrari, including meetings, lectures, national and international tasks; planning of travel duration and preparation times; deadline monitoring
Meeting and document management: Preparation of documents for Heike A. Bischoff-Ferrari for executive management, board of directors, department management and boards; coordination of national and international meetings, online and on site
Research, teaching and further education: Coordination of lectures, further training, research projects and external presentations by Heike Bischoff-Ferrari; organisation of the interface with the university, faculty, and Swiss Campus for Healthy Longevity of the University of Basel, as well as creating statistics nationally and internationally
Public relations: Support at events of Prof. Bischoff-Ferrari, including panels and partnerships with external organisations, collaboration on public events such as Pro Senectute, associations and health insurance
Finance and administration: Expense reports, cost centre controlling, research account overview, PEP planning, time recording and FMH credits
Practice organisation: Management of private consultations including patient files, laboratory results, prescriptions and room planning

Your profile
Completed training as chief physician secretary or several years of professional experience in a similar environment in the role of personal assistant to an executive
Very good understanding of complex organisation and requirements nationally and internationally
Confident correspondence in German and English, further language skills advantageous
Knowledge of medical terminology advantageous but not mandatory
High self-motivation, sense of responsibility and customer orientation as well as high resilience, flexibility and openness
Well-groomed appearance and good manners
