Requirements

Appropriate service training, proven professional experience, leadership experience, you have solid professional and wine knowledge, are a competent, front-strong host, speak fluent German and English and have knowledge of French. You are eager and resilient, can lead, train and motivate a larger brigade in an exemplary manner and enjoy a very well-maintained establishment with international guests.
