Job Description

• Responsibility for the technical and commercial management of automation and controls projects from the offer phase to successful handover
• Analysis of customer requirements as well as development and coordination of technical solution concepts with internal specialists
• Preparation of offers, calculations, as well as planning of resources, schedules, and costs
• Management and coordination of all project participants, including customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments
• Organisation and support of tests, approvals, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Ensuring complete project documentation as well as conducting post-calculations and continuous optimisations

Applicant Profile

• Technical basic training with experience in planning and implementing technical projects, ideally in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of control and automation technology as well as strong technical understanding
• Organised, structured, and solution-oriented personality with high initiative
• Experience in coordinating projects, resources, and various stakeholders
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
• Very good German and good English skills; willingness to travel and French skills are an advantage
