Quality & Process Management Specialist
Administration | Kriens | 50% - 60% | from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the support, operation and continuous development of the document management system as well as advising and training process owners
- Responsibility for compliance with food safety standards as well as the development, review and further development of the HACCP concept
- Preparation, support and follow-up of external audits (ISO 9001, Swiss Wood, Bio Suisse, food and hygiene inspections, customer audits) as well as independent execution of internal audits including follow-up of measures
- Active participation in the ProTeam (interdisciplinary process optimisation team) to identify and implement process improvements
- Planning and conducting satisfaction surveys for clients and business customers
- Creation of target group-appropriate presentations and reports for training and internal communication
Your profile
- Several years of experience in quality and process management as well as in handling document management systems (DMS), ideally in the food industry
- Experience in implementing HACCP concepts or willingness to deepen knowledge and take responsibility
- Sound knowledge of management systems according to ISO 9001 as well as experience in planning, conducting and supporting internal and external audits. Knowledge of other standards such as ISO 14001 or ISO 22000 is an advantage
- Strong communication and advisory skills as well as enjoyment in advising and training process owners and users
- Independent, structured and careful working style as well as the ability to set priorities and drive topics forward independently
