- Support of HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
- Timely preparation and provision of monthly payroll data
- Participation in time management, monthly closings and changes
- Organisation of company events as well as involvement in HR projects and key figure evaluations
- Solid professional experience in recruitment and comprehensive knowledge in operational HR work
- Confident German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise way of working with a high level of quality awareness

Profile
- Completed commercial basic training with further education in the field of Human Resources- Solid professional experience in recruitment and comprehensive knowledge in operational HR work
