WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

• You are responsible for the auditing department in Zofingen as part of the branch management and actively shape the further development of the branch
• You lead a motivated and reliable team, act as a role model for your employees, and support them in their individual development
• You manage and develop our audit mandates and accompany our clients holistically, collaboratively, and solution-oriented
• You review annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as non-profit organizations with your team
• You contribute to acquiring new mandates and also handle (more complex) trustee and consulting mandates outside the audit season

HOW YOU WILL SUCCEED

• You are a certified audit expert (dipl. TREX / dipl. WP) and have experience in leading as well as handling regular and limited audits
• You love what you do and are willing to go the extra mile for our clients and your team
• You particularly stand out with your approachable and team-oriented nature
• You are a proactive, committed, and innovative personality with a pronounced quality awareness
• You enjoy working in a digital and dynamic work environment
• You are interested in acquiring new mandates and are happy to invest in the expansion and maintenance of your network
