Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• Conducting regular quality and control visits with clients in their home environment
• Advising and supporting family carers as well as early detection of changes in care needs and initiating appropriate measures
• Ensuring complete and high-quality care documentation and supporting administrative queries
• Active participation in shaping and optimising existing processes as well as independently organising administrative tasks in the home office

Your advantages for the new employer

• Completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland with SRK recognition
• Several years of professional experience in various care areas as well as strong clinical assessment skills
• Independent, structured, and quality-conscious working style combined with assertiveness and high advisory competence
• Good digital user skills and a category B driving licence for assignments with clients
