- Experience in reservations at a 4 to 5-star hotel is essential.

- Recording and processing all incoming orders, offers, reservations using the hotel reservation system within the corresponding 24-hour processing period
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient process of individual reservations.
- Delegation / coordination of inquiries to other reservation staff
- Active sales of all offered services and products of the resort (room sales with upselling, cross-selling of F&B, spa, Dolder Sports products as well as the Dolder Waldhaus) with the goal of revenue optimization
- Processing of individual reservations and cancellations, in cooperation with the respective departments
- Independent acquisition of product and service knowledge relevant to this sales area
- Error-free drafting of the corresponding correspondence taking into account guest wishes, LHW & D standards as well as the 24-hour processing period
- Management of guest files with all information regarding guest profiles, guest preferences, information on existing or past reservations
- Arrival checks and thus verification of all reservations to ensure the correct recording of all information
- Commission handling
- Co-responsibility for the individual reservation area
- Training of new employees, trainings
Your profile
- Solid and confident knowledge in the reservation area of a 4 to 5-star hotel
- Success-oriented, highly organized and responsible sales personality
- Natural friendliness and charisma, as well as passion, commitment and team spirit distinguish you especially
- Confident and well-groomed appearance, polite manners
- Pronounced service excellence as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
- Fluent German and English spoken and written, any additional language is an advantage
- Good IT user skills of MS Office programs as well as Fidelio hotel software are an advantage
