Your area of responsibility

• Purchasing administration: Independent handling of administrative purchasing processes in an international environment
• Article disposition: Responsibility for order processing and ensuring availability
• Order management: Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates as well as communication with suppliers
• Interface function: Close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. purchasing, logistics) as well as international suppliers
• Master data management: Maintenance and management of article and supplier master data in SAP
• Administration: Support of the Global Sourcing team in organisational and administrative tasks
• Travel activity: Occasional international travel to support purchasers at trade fairs and supplier visits

Your profile

• Education: Completed commercial basic training
• Experience: Initial professional experience in purchasing or in an international environment is an advantage
• IT skills: Sound user knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as SAP
• Languages: Very good German and English skills, spoken and written (mandatory)
• Mobility: Willingness to travel
