Import/Export Specialist (m/f/d)

For our client, Ypsomed AG, a modern and innovative company in the Med-Tech sector, we are looking for a person in the Import/Export area for a fixed-term assignment as:

Import & Export Specialist (80-100%) (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Independent handling of international customer orders including the creation of all necessary export documents for shipping
• Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates with planning and logistics
• Close cooperation and participation in meetings with Sales and Supply Chain
• Participation in coordination meetings of the assigned customers
• Procurement, evaluation and organisation of international transports (truck, sea and air)
• Preparation of certification requests, certificates of origin and certificates
• Handling of letters of credit (L/C) taking into account international guidelines as well as company policies
• Organisation of international special shipments such as repairs, tools and sterilisation including the creation of all necessary customs documents
• Responsible for recording and maintaining the necessary master data for order processing
• Preparation of evaluations and statistics

The position is fixed-term and lasts until the end of June 2027 (maternity cover).

• Commercial basic training or similar education
• Foreign trade specialist or similar further training
• Foreign trade specialist courses
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a foreign trade specialist
• Good English skills, good SAP SD user knowledge
