Nestlé Suisse SA/Nestlé Nespresso SA, Experienced Production Operator (m/f/x), Broc/Romont/Avenc

As part of future opportunities for our client, we are building a pool of experienced production operators (m/f/x).

• Contract: Temporary daily, weekly, monthly assignments (according to our client’s needs).

• Hours: 3-shift / 4-shift with weekend work in 12-hour shifts (two full consecutive weekends per month).

Your role:

• Ensure the feeding of packaging lines on a complex machine.

• Be versatile and work in different areas of the factory according to production needs (handling on production lines, visual inspection, packaging).

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace, participate in the continuous improvement of good manufacturing practices, the working environment and facilities.

• Enter data electronically using production administrative management tools (SAP, SAM).

• Strictly comply with hygiene and safety standards within the production site.

Profile sought:

• Proven professional experience in the food industry.

• Good physical condition to handle irregular hours in 3-shift or 4-shift systems.

• Ability to work independently, organised and proactively.

• Rigour regarding quality assurance, hygiene and safety standards.

• Comfortable with IT tools, knowledge of SAP is a plus.

• Good knowledge of French (minimum B2 level required).

• Good team spirit.

• Reliability and punctuality.

• Driving licence and personal vehicle.

• Accommodation within 35 minutes of Broc, Romont or Avenches.

• Resident permit.
