To support the team of the Central Triage of the EPP at our Lenggstrasse location as well as the large outpatient clinic Im Quadro in Oerlikon, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement as
Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, Central Triage

Your Tasks
- Triage patients to the appropriate outpatient, day clinic, or inpatient treatment offer
- Conduct counselling and crisis intervention conversations by phone and on site
- Handle enquiries from internal groups and external referrers
- Maintain contacts with internal service providers
- Close collaboration with the triage senior physicians
- Participation and contribution to process optimisation
Your Profile
- Completed, recognised professional training in nursing HF/FH (recognition certificate from the Swiss Red Cross for foreign diplomas)
- Several years of practical experience in psychiatric institutions in Switzerland, preferably in the canton of Zurich
- High professional, social and personal competence, high resilience as well as flexibility and analytical thinking
- Strong motivation and ability to engage and take responsibility in an exciting and demanding work environment
- Enjoy working with different professional groups
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills are an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts including night and weekend duties
