Job Description

Context

As part of development and application evolution projects, our client is looking for a QA Test Lead capable of coordinating and executing all testing activities to ensure the quality of delivered solutions.

Main missions

• Define and evolve the testing strategy.
• Design, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases.
• Organise and coordinate functional, integration, validation, non-regression, and exploratory test campaigns.
• Ensure monitoring, qualification, and prioritisation of defects.
• Produce quality indicators and test reports.
• Collaborate closely with business, development, and project teams.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and repositories.
• Contribute to test automation where relevant.

Qualifications

Desired profile

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and application testing.
• Mastery of testing methodologies (ISTQB, TMAP or equivalent).
• Experience managing test campaigns and quality control.
• Good knowledge of test management tools such as XRay or Octane.
• Ability to analyse functional and technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Appreciated skills

• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of test automation (Selenium, UFT or equivalent).
• Sensitivity to performance testing and CI/CD pipelines.

• Campaign reports and quality dashboards.
• Defect tracking and improvement recommendations.
