Performa AG is an IT company from Lucerne. With our software solutions Advantis and PerformX as well as a strong Abacus integration, we support organisations in education and association administration throughout Switzerland. Thanks to positive development with new and long-standing customers, we are expanding our team further. For this, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented personality as a Customer Advisor and Application Supporter Advantis (60-100%)
Your tasks
- With your knowledge and customer orientation, you inspire and support customers in the operation and further development of Advantis
- You independently triage, coordinate and process incoming service requests from our customers. In doing so, you coordinate with specialists and the product team
- You support customers in operational business, conduct regular status meetings with selected customers and further develop the use of Advantis in the customer environment
- In doing so, you parameterise and instruct Advantis in the customer environment and gradually implement extension requests and expansions independently
- You maintain close contact with our customers and project managers to ensure smooth communication, customer satisfaction and quality
- You incorporate your input from handling service requests and status meetings into product development, our knowledge base and documentation for our customers
Your profile
You are communicative and appreciate contact with people, have a flair for IT-related questions, possess a high quality and service awareness, can think in a networked way and enjoy supporting your customers. You take the opportunity to contribute your own ideas for the further development of the product. Experience with ERP systems, administration in the education and association sector, IT support as well as understanding and interest in IT topics are advantageous.
You are a winning, customer- and solution-oriented doer. It is your ambition to work independently and responsibly.
