Nanou Solutions is a non-profit organisation offering support services to social institutions, particularly pre- and after-school childcare facilities as well as child protection. Our activities notably include support in managing social projects, creating structures, financial management, human resources, and IT. Founded in 2013, our organisation is active throughout French-speaking Switzerland with offices based in Lausanne, Geneva, Martigny, and Fribourg.

For our clients in the cantons of Vaud, Geneva, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Valais, and the French-speaking part of Bern, we are looking for

Required qualifications:

• Certified experience of at least one year with children aged 0 to 12 in a childcare facility
• Available at least 1 day per week on a regular basis (20%)
• Criminal record free of offences considered problematic or incompatible with working with children
• Good physical condition, flexibility, adaptability, discretion, listening skills, sense of responsibility, punctuality, open-mindedness, and non-judgemental attitude

An advantage:

• Tertiary level education diploma in education (ES, HES) or
• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a socio-educational assistant (ASE) or
• State diploma as an early childhood educator (EJE) or
• Title considered equivalent by the canton or the Confederation (SEFRI)
