Health Specialist, Bombach Location

Tasks

• You will sensitively and competently accompany and care for our residents in a closed dementia ward in their daily lives.
• You will independently and confidently carry out the planned care and support tasks and assist in caring for residents in crisis situations.
• You will report observations, provide objective reports and document fully and clearly.
• You will assist with activating, reactivating and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks and are familiar with the care and support-related needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• You will support our apprentices throughout their training period together with the main professional trainers and the person responsible for vocational training.

Profile

• Responsible, reliable and precise working style
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good IT skills and a heart for our residents
