Your Tasks

• With your know-how and experience in cleaning, you can contribute and actively help shape the further development of the cleaning service
• You contribute to a pleasant and well-maintained environment for our patients and employees
• With your flair for planning and organisation, you play a significant role in ensuring your team can rely on you
• You make an important contribution to ensuring the specified cleaning quality and hygiene standards at UPZ Münsingen
• You actively participate in the operational day-to-day business, support your team and are the first point of contact for around 10 employees
• You create the deployment plans for the basic cleaner, lead team meetings, handle administrative tasks and are responsible for quality control
• You enjoy maintaining good contacts with other departments through interdisciplinary collaboration

Your Profile

• A completed training as a hospitality / housekeeping specialist EFZ or cleaning technology EFZ
• Several years of professional and preferably leadership experience in cleaning
• Flair for planning and organisation
• You enjoy working in a team but also appreciate independent work
• With your motivating and competent manner, you impart your knowledge to existing as well as new employees
• Very good oral and written German skills as well as confident handling of common Office programmes
