- Accompanying trains on the Gornergrat Bahn network
- Supporting and advising guests before, during and after the journey
- Ensuring a safe, punctual, high-quality and customer-friendly railway operation
- Ensuring excellent customer service in Täsch, Zermatt and at the Gornergrat Bahn turnstiles
- Assisting with sled rental in winter
Your Profile
- You have completed training as a retail specialist in public transport or have a comparable qualification in the commercial or service sector (e.g. sales or tourism)
- Your passion for daily customer contact is unmistakable, and you radiate a high level of service readiness
- You have very good German and English skills – any additional language is a welcome bonus
- You convince our customers with a friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Residence in the Mattertal is an advantage
