Polymechanic – Maintenance in a Leading Role

Activities

Ensuring availability, reliability, and safety of the systems
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults
Planning and controlling maintenance work
Close cooperation with production, engineering, and external partners
Leadership, deployment planning, and further development of the team
Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection
Efficient use of resources and budget responsibility
Accompanying new systems until series maturity
Responsibility for spare parts management
Analysis of production key figures and initiation of measures
Promotion of continuous improvements (CIP)

Requirements

Completed basic electrical training (EFZ)
Several years of experience in maintenance or a similar function
Good ICT user skills
Initial leadership experience is an advantage
High safety and quality awareness as well as service orientation
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
Team player with flexibility and assertiveness
Very good German skills, English is an advantage
Willingness to be on call
