Your tasks:

• Independent outpatient care of children and adolescents
• Medical management and professional support of the medical team
• Ensuring and further developing medical quality standards
• Co-designing medical and organisational processes at the location
• Participation in the regional emergency service according to cantonal requirements

Your skills:

• Specialist title in paediatrics or equivalent recognised qualification
• Several years of clinical experience in paediatric care
• Enjoyment of independent outpatient work and medical responsibility
• Interest in leadership, team development and professional exchange
• Clear, appreciative communication with colleagues, staff and families
