Under the supervision of a sales manager, you will actively participate in the commercial development of the company and the growth of a portfolio of potential clients.
In this role, your tasks will notably include:
Participating in commercial prospecting actions (telephone, digital, field depending on opportunities)
Contributing to the preparation and, if necessary, participation in client meetings in your region
Helping to build and maintain sustainable and trusting client relationships
Assisting in the development and monitoring of existing client accounts
Participating in the sale of services (temporary and/or permanent work), supporting the sales teams
Updating and utilizing the CRM (tracking prospects, clients, and opportunities)
Collaborating closely with operational and recruitment teams
Contributing to the production of commercial reports (KPIs, statistics, analyses)
Participating in identifying target companies and developing the commercial strategy within your scope
Analyzing client needs and contributing to the construction of tailored solutions
Conducting market monitoring (clients, prospects, competitors) and proposing commercial improvement ideas
Developing a concrete understanding of B2B commercial development
Gaining operational experience in service sales
Improving skills on CRM tools and commercial performance management
Understanding the Swiss market challenges and its specificities
Student in HEG, university or equivalent training (Bachelor or Master)
Strong interest in commercial development and B2B service sales
Previous exposure to the commercial world or IT sector is an asset
Proficiency in French and English (minimum B2 level)
Comfortable with IT tools (MS Office, CRM)
Dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented
Good communication skills, analytical mindset, and customer service sense
