air freight clerk, 80-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• you are responsible for handling day-to-day business in the area of air freight, including dangerous goods
• this includes export and import processing
• you also competently advise customers in German and English and offer them customised solutions
• you negotiate with suppliers, handling agents and airlines and organise the transports
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have training as a freight forwarding clerk or equivalent and/or solid professional experience in air freight
• ideally, you are familiar with the regulations of civil aviation (bazl) and with dangerous goods
• do you also consider yourself communicative, a team player and service-oriented?
