Are you a professional in mechanics specialising in milling?
We are looking for you as a Polymechanic Milling (m/f/d)
Independent setup, programming and operation of modern 3- to 5-axis CNC milling centres.
Manufacturing of demanding individual parts, prototypes or small series according to drawings and CAD/CAM data.
Defining machining strategies, selecting suitable tools and clamping devices.
First article inspection and ongoing in-process measurements including documentation.
Qualifications
Professional Competences
CNC Milling & Control: Routine in operating, setting up and programming modern 3- to 5-axis CNC milling centres (e.g. with Heidenhain, Fanuc, Siemens or Mazak).
CAM Knowledge: Experience with CAD/CAM systems (e.g. Mastercam, Esprit, SolidCAM) is an advantage.
Drawing Proficiency: Confident reading and complete implementation of technical drawings, form and positional tolerances as well as manufacturing plans.
Quality Assurance: Responsible quality control of complex milled parts using common measuring instruments (e.g. micrometre, 3D measuring machine, roughness measuring devices).
Material & Tool Knowledge: Sound knowledge of cutting data, milling tools, clamping techniques (e.g. zero-point clamping systems) and various materials (aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium).
Highest Precision: Strong quality awareness and enjoyment in adhering to tight tolerances and high surface finishes.
Spatial Imagination: Very good technical understanding of complex, multi-axis motion sequences.
Independence: Structured, precise and responsible working method from work preparation to finished component.
Shift Willingness: Willingness to work in a 2-shift model is an advantage. Employment in day shifts also possible.
