Collaboration in child protection: You build sustainable working alliances with parents, children and other involved persons. In addition, you maintain clear, binding and professional cooperation with homes, providers of outpatient support and other specialist agencies in the canton.
Team building: You are willing and motivated to actively participate in team-building processes and enjoy helping to shape a new team at the Child and Youth Welfare Centre.
