Your Tasks

* You are the first point of contact for the volunteers.
* You coordinate the deployment of volunteers in consultation with the nursing staff.
* Recruiting, onboarding and supporting the volunteers is another part of your role.
* You organise further training, team events and information sessions for the volunteers.

Your Profile

* Basic training in social, health or commercial fields with experience in a hospital environment
* Strong social skills and high communication ability
* Organisational talent, flexibility as well as a structured and independent working style
* Good IT user skills
