Tasks

- Plan processing orders in detail on time
- Procure tools for manufacturing as required
- Ensure operational readiness of the grinding machine park
- Instruct and support employees at CNC grinding machines
Requirements
- Apprenticeship as a polymechanic, toolmaker, or machine mechanic with further training as a master mechanic
- Several years of experience in precision machining with cylindrical and surface grinding is required
- Proven experience in leading employees
- Independent working style with high accuracy
- Committed and team-oriented personality
