Tasks
- Thanks to our omnichannel strategy (which includes all points of contact between our customers and Würth, whether digital, physical or interpersonal), we enable our customers to benefit from maximum flexibility. Acting as the link between customers and Würth, you develop long-term strategic relationships based on trust and service.
- You are interested in your customers' processes and procedures, identify their needs and actively integrate the various points of contact with the clientele (direct sales, Würth Shops, E-Business, Tele-sales) in the search for solutions.
- You expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new customers in the craft sector and develop business relationships with existing customers using the appropriate mix of contact points.
- As an external service employee, you enthuse your customers and sell our branded products and system solutions of
- high quality in the Construction fields. Your goal: to find the best solutions with the greatest benefit for your customers.
Requirements
- Completed professional training in craft or commercial fields and experience in sales,
- preferably higher professional training (understanding of business management)
- Communication is one of your strengths. You consider feedback as an opportunity for self-reflection and improvement.
- Passion for craft trades (understanding customers, enthusing them, finding solutions, etc.)
- Networking is your strength and your tool to generate the greatest benefit for your customers.
- You work with determination, are motivated, have a sense of responsibility and like to take initiative to ensure your success.
- Open to new things, you see change as an opportunity
- You have very good oral and written knowledge of German
- Category B driving licence
