We are recruiting:

A full-time Residential Sales Broker

Your mission:

As part of the development of our sales department, we are looking for a real estate broker specialised in the residential sector (apartments and villas). You will play a key role in supporting our clients throughout their real estate project, from mandate acquisition to final signature.

Your responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop a portfolio of residential real estate properties
• Estimate the value of properties (apartments and villas) and advise owners
• Ensure the promotion of properties (advertisements, viewings, staging)
• Organise and conduct viewings with potential clients
• Support buyers and sellers at every stage of the sales process
• Negotiate sales terms and ensure transaction follow-up
• Maintain active monitoring of the local real estate market

Your profile:

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage, ideally residential
• Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market
• Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and be results-driven
• Good interpersonal skills, negotiation and listening abilities
• Proficiency with common IT tools
• Driving licence essential
