What is my role?
Our client is looking for an experienced leader to take on the following diverse tasks:
Supporting managers in recruitment processes in the areas of scheduling, administration and logistics
Advising and supporting supervisors in conflict situations as well as on labour law issues
Competent contact person for employees on social insurance matters and reintegration processes in collaboration with external case management
Responding to general employee enquiries on personnel-related topics
Active participation in management meetings with a focus on strategic personnel topics such as workforce planning, personnel development and salary models
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Head of Personnel and Payroll Administration and her team consisting of 3 employees and one apprentice
Preparation and analysis of HR key figures, statistics and evaluations on turnover and absences
Operational support in payroll administration during peak periods, with this service also provided for 5 other companies in the group
Planning and organisation of company events such as driver coffee mornings and company parties
What do I need to be successful?
Our client is looking for a personality with the following profile:
Commercial basic training (EFZ) supplemented by solid HR further training (federally recognised qualification as HR Specialist or HR Manager) or a corresponding degree
Several years of professional experience in recruitment and employee support as well as solid knowledge in payroll administration, social insurance and labour law; experience in the transport industry is a plus
Understanding of the role as a member of the management with simultaneous openness to legitimate employee concerns, which you represent in the management
Proven leadership experience and strong leadership skills
Strong social skills and the ability to work successfully with people of all hierarchical levels and nationalities
Structured working method in your own area of responsibility with simultaneous flexibility and pragmatism for the needs of the areas supported ("Yes, we can" mentality)
Resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful phases
Fluent German skills; Italian and French skills are an advantage
High IT affinity with very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
