Your area of responsibility
- Administrative support of civil and criminal proceedings.
- Recording of newly received cases.
- Managing the appointment calendar and summoning to court hearings.
- Preparation and dispatch of decisions.
- Statistical processing and archiving of cases.
- Telephone contacts with courts, authorities, parties, and lawyers.
- General secretarial work and mail service.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training and have good IT skills.
- You work independently, reliably, result-oriented, and precisely.
- You are characterized by a flexible working style, confident German language skills, and a quick grasp.
- Hectic situations do not unsettle you and you do not lose overview.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience at a court or in a law firm.
