As part of a replacement, we are looking for a logistics coordinator and planner M/F at 60%
Salamandre relies on numerous operational logistics flows involving orders, products, service providers, tools, and business processes. The logistics coordinator and planner is the true operational pivot for their implementation. From our office in Neuchâtel, they ensure their proper execution, preparing, coordinating, monitoring, and securing operations so that each stakeholder has the right information at the right time, both for the Swiss structure and the French subsidiary.
Your tasks:
Coordination of logistics operations:
- Ensure, based on provided analyses, stock monitoring, organisation of replenishments, and alerts regarding risk of shortages.
- Manage the centralisation of orders and the monitoring of supplies with various B2B service providers.
- Supervise and coordinate logistics flows around the ordering and delivery of our magazines to subscribers.
- Generate delivery files and packaging documents, prepare, coordinate, and validate elements concerning mailing campaigns (proofs, files, and operational follow-up).
- Coordinate and ensure operational follow-up as well as communication with logistics service providers.
- Coordinate and analyse periodic inventories. Identify and contribute to opportunities for improving logistics processes (costs, deadlines, etc.).
Product and data management:
- Create and keep product sheets up to date in the various management systems.
- Ensure data quality and consistency to guarantee smooth operations.
Expected profile:
You have a successful initial experience in a logistics environment at the administrative level in product planning and supply.
You have good knowledge of the main processes related to:
- Stock management: minimum and safety stocks, risk of shortages, stock rotation, inventories;
- Supply: supply cycles, supplier lead times, order tracking, follow-ups, delay management;
- Shipment tracking: preparation, deliveries, incident management;
- Production: understanding of manufacturing stages, milestones, backward scheduling, and production constraints.
Autonomy, ability to manage several files simultaneously, to structure and monitor administrative and logistics processes.
Great rigour, reliability, attention to detail, and sensitivity to continuous process improvement.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate various external contacts with diplomacy.
Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, advanced functions), knowledge of ERPs and their interactions with other systems.
