Project Manager / Specialist in Building Construction (all)

Do you want to shape demanding building construction projects from the idea to implementation and take responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines? In this role, you create sustainable solutions and successfully bring projects to completion.

Your scope of influence

• You lead and manage complex building construction projects across all project phases from the initial idea to realisation
• The development of planning, investment and credit applications is your responsibility and forms the basis for well-founded decisions
• You plan and coordinate projects in the areas of architecture, building construction and building services engineering while complying with relevant regulations
• Ensuring the achievement of objectives regarding quality, deadlines and costs is part of your daily actions
• You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure transparent information flow within the project
• You prepare technical reports and decision-making bases and accompany approvals as well as project completions

Your strengths

• You have a degree as an FH architect or a comparable qualification at university level
• Several years of professional experience in the building construction environment enable you to handle complex projects confidently
• You bring knowledge in project management, ideally complemented by further training such as CAS Project Management or comparable, in a targeted manner
• You work in a structured way and ensure that requirements, deadlines and budgets are met
• A good understanding of technical contexts as well as legal frameworks characterises you
• You move confidently in communication with various stakeholders and advance topics clearly and comprehensibly
