Team Leader Logistics Cold Storage 100% (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Conducting target and performance discussions (including employee appraisals)
• Personnel deployment planning and holiday scheduling
• Reporting absences and initiating appropriate measures
• Operating systems and equipment as well as troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to ensure operations
• Removing load securing, depalletising pallets, labelling load units, etc.
• Ensuring sufficient container resources
• Ensuring correct pallet sorting according to EPAL guidelines

We expect

• Logistics knowledge (training as a logistics specialist with a federal certificate of competence or equivalent basic training desired)
• Very good oral and written German skills
• Interest in automation and technology
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends
• Working in cold storage at -8 to -25 degrees
