In the Payroll team of the Zurich Regional Directorate, the financial needs of the more than 1,900 employees of the Zurich and St. Gallen Regional Directorates come first.
To complement our team at the Zurich location, we are looking for an employee in payroll 80-100% immediately or by arrangement.
What you can achieve:
- You record and process all payroll-relevant changes including social insurances
- You are responsible, among other things, for the correct handling of maternity benefits, withholding taxes, EO, sickness and accident daily allowances, including the settlements
- Additional earnings or employer certificates – you know what to do
- Calculations of various daily allowances, deductions, vacation reductions and compensations are no problem for you
- You are also responsible for reconciling the payroll-relevant FIBU general ledger accounts and their balancing
What you bring:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training in payroll, accounting or similar (e.g. as a payroll specialist or social insurance clerk)
- A pronounced service orientation is a matter of course for you and you always keep an overview with your thoughtful and structured way of working
- With great joy, social competence and discretion, you approach your counterpart and maintain trustworthy contact with employees, authorities and insurance companies
