Requirements Engineer

About the Role:

We're hiring Senior Requirements Engineers to support a global R&D initiative focused on harmonizing product range requirements across mechatronic products and multiple software platforms (mobile app, cloud, OS). You will consolidate complex requirements, resolve inconsistencies, and support a migration from Jira to Codebeamer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyse, and consolidate stakeholder & system requirements
• Structure and maintain requirements in Codebeamer (Codebeamer experience is a plus)
• Resolve unclear/conflicting requirements and drive clean-up
• Create UML diagrams and modular/scalable requirement structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support change impact assessments

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in system/stakeholder requirements engineering
• Strong consulting mindset, analytical thinking, and independent work style
• Experience with interdisciplinary stakeholder management
• Proficiency in UML and modular design of reusable functional blocks
• 3-5 years generalist software engineering background + ALM/requirements tools
• Degree from ETH/Technical University (software, mechatronics, engineering)
• English: Business fluent; German is a plus
