What you can achieve
- Responsible for the support and management of the assigned systems during the operational phase
- Ensuring the contractually agreed SLA services towards the customer
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of service delivery
- Technical and commercial management of the assigned systems
- Coordination between customer, internal specialist departments, engineering, logistics, maintenance, purchasing and external suppliers
- Conducting controlling, reporting and status overviews of the assigned systems
- Identification of risks, bottlenecks, obsolescence and improvement measures
- Represents the system-specific interests of RUAG in external committees (change conferences, project commissions, projects etc.) and on questions regarding interfaces with other systems.
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training with further education at HF level in business administration, bachelor’s degree an advantage
- Project management training IPMA Level C or D an advantage
- Professional experience in customer service, services, maintenance, project business
- Experience in a technical environment as well as in coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- SAP knowledge S4 an advantage
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- High personal responsibility, organisational skills, communication strength and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Knowledge of military logistics is a plus
- Swiss nationality or C permit (function-related)
