Main Responsibilities

• Organise and coordinate workshop activities.

• Ensure production monitoring and compliance with deadlines.

• Supervise machining and boilermaking work.

• Provide technical support to teams and participate in finding solutions.

• Ensure the proper manufacture of single parts and small series, as well as repair and rework tasks.

• Guarantee the quality of the work carried out and compliance with customer requirements.

• Participate in work costing and the preparation of offers.

Profile Sought

• Technical training in mechanics, machining or boilermaking.

• Proven experience in a similar role and in a comparable environment.

• Very good knowledge of machining and boilermaking.

• Ability to organise work and manage priorities.

• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented person.

• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

• Ability to meet deadlines and manage unforeseen events.

• Knowledge of costing is an asset.

• Familiarity with CLIPPER software is a plus.
