In this responsible role, you will set up and operate modern CNC milling machines and contribute with your technical know-how to efficient and high-quality production.

CNC Polymechanic Milling (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines
- Manufacture of precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
- Inspection and assurance of required quality standards
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, production documents and CNC programmes
- Support in the optimisation of production processes and workflows
- Participation in the implementation of improvement measures in the production environment
- Coordination and collaboration with adjacent production areas
- Compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ or comparable technical education
- Several years of experience in CNC machining, ideally in milling
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and production documents
- Experience with CNC controls is an advantage
- Structured, independent and precise working method
- High quality awareness as well as technical understanding
- Team-oriented and reliable personality
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work shifts
