Shape the supervision of the Swiss Re Group, expand your systemic perspective, and take responsibility for the stability of the Swiss financial center.
Main tasks
- Collaboration in the Swiss Re Group supervision team
- Analysis of financial, risk, and capital information within the framework of ongoing and intensive supervision
- Maintaining regular dialogue with the supervised entity and its audit firm
- Participation in on-site inspections or intensive supervision of the insurance group
- Mutual support, knowledge transfer, and representation within the team
- Coordination, responsibility, or support of working groups or projects
Profile
- University degree with an economic or business background, further training as CFA or FRM is an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in the (re)insurance or financial industry
- Experience in at least one of the areas of capital management, liquidity, or risk management
- Interest in group-wide issues and regulatory topics
- Ability to analyze complex matters in a structured way and draw well-founded conclusions
- Clear and confident communication – also in demanding professional discussions
- Fluent German (C2) and excellent English, both spoken and written
