What to expect
During your apprenticeship at ESA, you will have the opportunity to participate in various areas – for example, in sales, customer advice, or inventory management. You will be in contact with our locations and customers from all over Switzerland, gaining valuable experience in direct contact with our diverse clientele and in organisation.
Your tasks:
- Independent service of customers both in person and by telephone
- Advising customers and selling the entire range of products
- Receiving and handling customer enquiries, orders, and complaints
- Preparing pre-ordered goods and operating the cash register
- Maintaining sales shelves and presenting products
- Assisting with sales activities, preparing quotations, and inventory tasks
- Recording returns and checking goods
